One Direction Concert

So as everyone around Ireland probably knows by now, the major sell out stadium tour for Where We Are happened this weekend and I had the privilege to go and see One Direction and their support act 5 Seconds of Summer.
The One Direction boys sure as hell don't disappoint and even though the whole weekend was miserable with all the rain, Niall, Louis, Liam, Zayn and Harry all took to the stage and gave 110%.

It was crazy, all those days, weeks and months of counting down to that day was finally here. After a year of waiting the excitement wasn't really there but having 5 Seconds of Summer and One Direction blaring in the car on the way to Dublin really made the excitement real again.
After stopping for a pizza in Drumcondra, it was time to head down to the concert (the road seemed like it was never ending). We got to the gate and it was time to say goodbye to mum and get to our seats.

Hellooooooo Croker, it was huge. We had over an hour and a half to spare so it was time to check out the Merch stands. The first stand had only One Direction Merchandise so we had to walk to the other side of Croker to check out the 5SOS stuff and I wasn't disappointed.

Support Act: 5SOS
Being a fan of 5SOS for over 2 years definitely made the concert extra special. Due to electrical problem 5SOS were a half an hour late but when they came out and played their first song Eighteen they sure as hell rocked the stage. I sat there screaming and singing along  to every song and everyone got involved with their cover of Katy Perry's song Teenage Dream. To finish off the boys killed it with their first single She Looks So Perfect.
They also made a couple of jokes about the Irish summer buy hey it was raining!

One Direction
It had finally arrived I got to see those 5 beautiful lads and breath the same air as Niall Horan. Between Louis running off stage to go to the bathroom, Liams t-shirt being so wet you could see through it and Harry doing his pretty impressive Dublin accent, this concert was definitely one that I will remember for the rest of my life. The boys opened with Midnight Memories and to end the concert with a bang (and I'm not talking about the fireworks) with Best Song Ever.

Fireworks, fun and jokes basically sums up the whole concert in 3 words.
Until Fridaaaaay
