Get Motivated!

It's always the same, every year we convince ourselves we are going to get up off our backsides and get fit. New Year, New Me right?
Your probably reading this thinking.. She's a bit late with this post. But no I am not too late. It is never to late to get out and start exercising and getting fit. I started eating more than I should and the weight began piling on after loosing it over last summer. So last weekend I decided it was time I began getting fit again and get to my desired weight by my birthday.
I know myself it's hard to get up and motivated because Pretty Little Liars and Teen Wolf is calling right? But they can wait!!

Here's a few quotes to get you motivated(taken from We Heart It):

Motivation to get out and exercise is the first step, but if you're going out and running/walking or doing whatever to get fit it doesn't count if you're eating fatty foods.
My mum started a high Protein, low Carb diet a while back and the results are amazing! I'm not saying you have to cut out Carbs completely but cut down on your Carb intake!
I used to eat a lot of pasta and bread and since I've cut down, I myself have seen results without even exercising!

Here's a days meal tip
At the Weekend:
Begin your day with an Egg or two. Eggs are full of Protein and they fill you up and give you the energy you need to exercise! Protein are like Carbs, they fill you up but they are much easier to burn off! You can scramble your eggs, fry them (with little oil), boil them and poach them.

For lunch make yourself a smoothie. Use any fruit of your choice, natural yoghurt, soya milk or orange juice. A smoothie is filling and adding Protein powder will satisfy any kind of hunger.

For Dinner its up to you and because you haven't had any Carbs you can play around with it and have a small portion of Carbs with your dinner.

During the Week:
I know myself making eggs first thing on a school day means getting up early and I don't like that! So stick with a cereal, or whatever you have. Remember, this is your first Carb of the day.

For Lunch I have a sandwich made by my Mum. I have a Ciabatta with Chicken!

Then for dinner I have whatever is there to make. But if your having Chicken have it with a Salad to reduce your Carb in take.

New Music!

It's no secret that my music is very varied.
The music in my phone goes from All Time Low and Sleeping With Sirens to Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran to One Direction to even Chris Brown and Kid Ink. I like rap, rock, punk, pop... everything.
About a year ago I started watching Viners like Nash Grier, Shawn Mendes, Cameron Dallas and Jack and Jack and with Shawn making into the music industry, Jack and Jack are getting there too.
Jack and Jacks music is quite different to Shawn's as they're more R&B.
I have all of Jack and Jacks singles because I am in love with them and recently I found out about Skate and Sammy because of Jack and Jack.
I know their music wouldn't be everyone's taste but have a listen before you judge!

Updated: Andrea Russett Makeup Tutorial

I am quite amazed at how many views my Andrea Russett Tutorial has racked up since it was put up. I know myself that copying Andrea's look is very difficult as she has never done a tutorial on YouTube. Since I put up my post Andrea has went through a bit of a makeup change and I, myself have improved at her eyeshadow look and I am here to do an updated version of Andrea's makeup look.
Lets Get Started!

Step 1: I begin with filling in my eyebrows using the Collection Work The Colour Eyebrow Kit and an Angled Brush from H&M. I then continue and apply my Concealer and Foundation. The Foundation and Concealer I used to do this look is the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Cool Medium and the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Foundation in Soft Beige. I then set my foundation with the Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder in Transparent. Finally I contour my cheekbones with the Benefit Hoola Bronzer.

Step 2: If you want your eyeshadow to last all day, prime your eyes! I use the Maybelline Baby Skin Primer as used in my previous tutorial as I find it works just as good as an eye primer.

Step 3: Using a blending brush I apply black eyeshadow. Start from the corner of your eye and work in halfway. The pictures above are done step by step. I am using Blackout from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette. Then taking the brush that comes with the Naked palette, I use the fluffy side of the brush to blend out any harsh lines.
Remember: There is no such thing as too much blending.
Keep adding eyeshadow until you reach your desired shade but keep blending!!

Step 5: When you are happy with the shade of the eyeshadow add a thin line of black eyeliner to the lash line, the tight line and halfway into the waterline.

Step 6: As you can see from the above picture Andrea has very long eyelashes. I'm not sure if she wears false eyelashes but with the right products you can achieve her eyelashes without the hassle of falsies.
I use the Benefit They're Real Mascara on my top lashes and the Urban Decay Perversion mascara on my bottom lashes. I know for a lot of people that's way too much money for Mascara but fear not because the Rimmel London Accelerator Endless Mascara does the same job for much cheaper.
I don't curl my eyelashes because I hate the feeling of it but when I apply my mascara I have a clean mascara brush beside me to separate any eyelashes that may stick together.

JE SUIS FINI!
Here is the finished look:
I am wearing Hairtrade I&K Hair Extensions in these pictures also!

New Song: Where I Belong

After an unplanned break I am delighted to say... I AM BACK!! I am quite disappointed in myself because I broke my New Years Resolution but I am back at it, now that my laptop is back up and running.

It looks like the Luck of The Irish is a true saying for these 6 Irish Boys. Meet Hometown.
Hometown are a boy band made up of 6 Irish lads and their new single Where I Belong has definitely been a smash.
If you haven't heard their single yet check it out by clicking the video above.
See you all on Friday
