Music Mondays: R5

Hello Everyone!

My first post was about a new upcoming band so I decided I would keep the trend going. This week I'm talking about R5. 

R5 consists of Rocky, Ross, Riker, Rydel and Ratliff (Ellington). Ellington is the bands family friend and obviously the rest are all brothers and sister. They band are based in Los Angeles, California. 

In 2010 they released their EP Ready Set Rock. It wasn't until February 2013 when R5 really started getting places. This was when they released their second EP, Loud and then in September 2013 they released their album Louder.

The Band

Ross Lynch- You might recognise Ross from Disney Channels 'Austin and Ally'. Ross is the lead singer and plays the guitar.

Riker Lynch- Another Lynch actor! Riker is known for his role as Jeff in Glee. He plays the bass in the band and is also lead singer.

Rocky Lynch- Rocky hasn't acted but he plays the guitar and also takes lead vocals along with Riker and Ross.

Rydel Lynch- Being the only girl in the band Rydel plays the piano and takes backing vocals but she did take the lead on the song Love Me Like That.

Ellington Ratliff- Ellington is the bands family friend. He is the drummer and takes backing vocals with Rydel.
